		<description>bigflix is no less when it comes to complains..i just have a months experience with it...the movies are never available..even if they are it never shows in my queue online..so practically i have to call and fight everyday.....DVDs are over used and get stuck on my laptop or player...their systems always show error...i am fed up..is there any other company offering movie rentals apart from these two....</description>

		<description>I am using Seventy mm for last 3 months .&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I had opted for unlimited movies (though you get only 1 movie a day why they call it so?..I dont know)  Overall its ok , but the problem is if they are strict enough for 1 movie a day...they should take responsbilty of non delievery, DVD problem, server problem , website error...whatever.....&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If they claim to be oldest DVD rental org.....they should be the most responsible in the business they are in.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Which I dont think they are!!! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Considering the scope of growth in India, they should either offline stores ....or....be responsible to admit the errors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What do you say haan?</description>

However, i feel, that there is a scope for improvement, in the following areas:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1. They must add more current international titles.&lt;br&gt;2. They should stock - the top 100- 200 movies of all times, as per the various international listing ; thereby educating the viewers, about truly good movies. Their current top 100 list : as it appears on the website, is not well researched at all - giving it a fake appeal.&lt;br&gt;3. They could consider, adding the , &#39;blue ray&#39; section, as soon as possible.&lt;br&gt;3. 		<description>I am sorry to write to you directly but I had no other option …when you guys launched big flixs service I was quite happy as I thougt atleast a reputed company would be better at the service and would have wider range then my corner video library .&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Anyway just wanted to update you about the services of your reputed company&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;It takes normally 5 sms requests &amp; couple of phone calls to your store ( this is besides sending a sms for pick up request ) just to get a movie &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;After that we start getting sms that movie dispatched and kindly sms when you need it picked up … funny part is movie is dispatched but never reaches but yes the great system now has a title in my name ..&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Then we call the store and they say sorry as per system movie dispatched and in your name but in reality we could not deliver the CD due to some reason .. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Then we wait another one or day at the most and yes finally I do get the movie … this compared to my walking down to the store and choosing the movie and watching it and paying the rental afterwards ,,, guess we can decide which is a smarter option&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;And yes the funny part is that if I wish to cancel the subscription then i cant get my money back ( only deposit) so basically the business model is something like this … take advance / poor service / if the subscriber wishes to canel or complaint doesn&#39;t matter as money already in the bank so I guess in the short term your company is the winner .&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;I have zero expectation for getting any response but go ahead and shock me .. otherwise hope this venture of yours in the end fails sooner then later as I don&#39;t see it going anywhere in the long run if the business model is based on conning customers ..&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Thank you and sorry to have wasted your time on minor matters ..with regards &amp; happy new year</description>
